簡單快速用披薩皮做水煎包 | Use pizza dough to make traditional Taiwanese pan-fried stuffed bun!

今天要來教大家如何快速用披薩皮來做水煎包,很適合在國外留學,工作或是定居的朋友還有想要追求健康以及節省時間的你們! 先來看看成品吧~是不是看起來超可口的!!

Today, I’m gonna show you how to make yummy traditional Taiwanese pan-fried stuffed bun:)

All ingredients are available in France, it will take you only less than 30 minutes to do this traditional Taiwanese bun. I feel hungry now just looking at the picture down below!

需要的食材:

絞肉,披薩餅皮,大蔥,薑,花椰菜(可以依照自己喜歡的蔬菜做替換)

醬油,鹽巴,糖,麻油,米酒,蛋

Ingredients required:

Ground meat, pizza dough, scallion, ginger, broccoli (you can replace it with any veggie you want)

salt, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, rice wine, egg

After preparing everything, let’s do it:)

準備好食材就開始啦

1.先把大蔥,薑以及花椰菜切成碎末,跟絞肉一起攪拌均勻,絞肉我這次是使用200克,可以依人數以及愛好做調整

2.加入1.5顆蛋,讓肉的口感更好更嫩

  1. Cut scallion, ginger and broccoli into pieces, and mix them with ground meat. I use 200 grams of ground meat this time. You can adjust the amount of veggie and meat as how you prefer.
  2. Add one and a half of egg into it to make the meat has more flavor and tastes softer.

3.放入兩匙醬油,些許鹽巴和糖,一匙麻油以及米酒開始調味。可以放冰箱30分鐘,讓肉吸收醬汁更有味道!

4.開始包水煎包了! 直接取用披薩皮來包,放入滿滿吸收好醬汁的餡料~

3. Add two spoons of soy sauce, a bit of salt and sugar, one spoon of sesame oil and a little bit of rice wine to add up the flavor. Stir all the ingredients until it’s completely blended. If you want, you can put the meat in fridge for 20 to 30 minutes to absorb the sauce.

4. You are already almost done! Now, you just need to wrap it up with our pizza dough!

這次包7顆水煎包,有一些不小心包得太大顆了><

但是我發現包小顆的比較好吃而且肉汁都鎖在披薩皮裡面!

This time, I made 7 buns. However, some of them are too big><

But I learned a lesson and I’ll give you the tip!

The smaller bun actually tastes better, it keeps all the flavor inside the dough!

5.先大火熱鍋,放入油之後,把水煎包放下去,等30秒後,倒入麵粉水至包子的一半!

注意: 麵粉水 只需要放一點點的麵粉即可!

5. Heat up pan and  add oil into the pan first. Put all the buns in pan and wait for 30 seconds.

Next, pour some water mixed with flour into the pan, water should cover the half of heights of

buns.

Notice: Water mixed with flour, you only need a very little amount of flour!

6. 轉至中火,蓋上鍋蓋,等麵粉水收乾後,放入一些香油~就大功告成了!!!

6. Turn the heat to medium and cover the pan with lid. After the buns absorb all the water, add some sesame oil on top on them.

Voila! You did a great job and now you can enjoy home-made traditional Taiwanese pan-fried stuffed bun!
